G56 is the late model Dodge diesel 6 speed! Got damned tired of repairing the NV4500 5 speed that came in it. Just waiting for my driveshafts to wrap up the conversion. What is a G56?
I agree about the material.

A new to me gauge brand.
I did the Eaton Fuller Mid Size truck 6 Speed conversion in my 3500 12 valve. The whole works, bell housing with a 14" clutch all came out of a 99 Ford F700 with the 12 Valve Cummins.G56 is the late model Dodge diesel 6 speed! The Run For The Hills Jabby.Wow! Where is all this motorvation coming from!? I’m Inspired!
When I built my Wagon I used a NOS Blue Streak Ignition Coil that I found on Flee-Bay Used to be good parts.Looking good Joe!
I have a spare set or two of the good old Standard Motor Products Blue Streak points in my stash. I dread the day when they’re used up.
I figured it out. 4:00 in the morning of course. My Trackmaster BSA Half Mile bike used to have Scrambler High Pipes. both up the right side. I burned my leg so many times I finally wrapped them.I never used it back then. I know Burt Monro could have used it in the Worlds Fastest Indian.
Now you've got me upset! I still have a short length of header wrap and I remember using it on SOMETHING. But for the life of me I can't remember what. Thanks Joe! I'lI think of it at 3:00AM
Not just Joe either. It seems everyone going to the RFTH Rally has been Burning the Midnight Oils. Or is that the Candles at Both Ends.Looks like good work joe! Apparently these runs are like having a party at your house, all the sudden your honey do list just got a lot longer.
Yeah, I just need to check the fluids and grab my toothbrush.Kurt and Mike are essentially silent about prep so I'm guessing their rigs are ready. Lucky dawgs .
Make sure you bring a gallon of 90wt gear oil and a pump.Yeah, I just need to check the fluids and grab my toothbrush.
I would put that in the cab with you so you can enjoy the full smell of gear oil while you drive…
