Hey guys.
I am mainly a full size Jeeper, but have always wanted a truck like dads old '53. With me, the sickness runs deep. Dad bought a CJ5 new in '74 and I was taught to drive it as soon as I could hold on to the steering wheel. When my wife needed reliable transportation, I built her an '88 Grand Wagoneer, with 4" lift and fuel injection for driveability. My dd was a stock '77 J-10 up untill a month ago, when I put my project on the road to work out the bugs. Its a '75 J-20 that I put a service bed onto, dropped a Caddy 425 into it and put 454 throttle body injection on it.
2 years ago I got a call from a buddy that he knows where to get a Willys wagon for $150. Well, lets go look. Turns out to be a Willys Parkway Conversion (full window with bard doors on rear). It still has the original 4 cyl and column shift T-90 in 2wd form. I plan to put the body onto an '85 GW frame and axles and put a '95 Jeep 4.0 into it.
I also have a '51 Willys P/U that is in rough shape. I think this one will get rat-rodded....
