big tires

Guys I have a 59 cj3b. I am new to the willys world. Will I be able to clear 33 inch skinny tires with a 3 inch lift? I do not have rims yet so I am open for options. Also, if I am able to clear those tires will a stock jeep handle them? I mean trans, transfer case and axles???? Help! Thanks guys.
