I've been following your thread as well and was happy to see that you are not giving up. You have a good idea and have done good work getting to this point!

What happened to this project? I'm interested in a similar swap and would love to know if it ever got completed and what the issues are/were.
 
Or a spouse/girlfriend saw him working on it and decided he needed to remodel a house. Oh wait that's me that is happening to. Haha

Hey guys, Yes it's been a while and this project definitely took a back seat to life in general. I'm back in the saddle, have spent the last couple days getting tires changed, loading up all the parts and towing the Willys to my new home in town. The plan is to dedicate the next couple weeks to this project and make it a daily driver. All the parts are accounted for, now it's just time and determination.
