Anyone have a source for replacement fuel tanks for the Willys Aero?

No one in the US makes one. There's reproductions in Brazil listed on mercadolivre.com.br but I haven't heard of anyone here in the US ordering one. There's been a couple decent take-outs posted on the Willys Aero Survival & Preservation facebook group page. I had my tank refurbished by Tank Renu. They did a nice job, not cheap though.

Have you checked with Tank’s, Inc? They have a wide variety of shapes and dimensions. Check out there website, just google Tanks Inc.

I have two original 1952 Willy,s Aero wing Gas tanks 50.00$ ea. in good condition W/gas cap and sender in tank
