Oxford University researchers have discovered the densest element yet known to science.
The new element, Governmentium (symbol=Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.
These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called pillocks.
Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert.
However, it can be detected, because it impedes every reactant with which it comes into contact.
A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a second, to take from 4 days to 4 years to complete.
Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2 to 6 years. It does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganisation in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places.
In fact, Governmentium's mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganisation will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes.
This characteristic of moron-promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration.
This hypothetical quantity is referred to as a critical morass.
When catalysed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium (symbol=Ad), an element that radiates just as much energy as Governmentium, since it has half as many pillocks but twice as many morons.

is this mined anywhere else in the world ? only in California?...Phil
The largest deposit has been found right underneath the mining company's corporate headquarters in Mar a Largo FL. Inside info says the CEO is trying to raise more capitol by divesting it's brothel holdings, but investor relations are getting a bit "Stormy"

Now you are getting a little too political.

One good thing if he gets it started,...he'll definitely be "sterile"!!!
I remember something about the gene pool!!!
It's a good thing so many people can't start a chain saw. I just got a brand new re-conditioned Husky on e-bay for $200.00 they say there are thousands of them that have been returned to big box stores (Defective). Nope, just the operators were defective.
Husky factory checks them out and then wholesales them for half the cost.

So the guy walks back into the hardware store and wants to return his chainsaw. The owner asked him why. “Because you told me I could cut 10 cord a day” he replied. So how much are you cutting asked the owner. “1 if I really push myself”. The hardware owner takes the saw places on the ground while the guy watches. When the owner pulls the cord and the saw fires off, the guy jumps back and screams “ what the hell is that”
