Went to lunch today and saw a 2 tone wagon at the Ale House on College Rd in Wilmington. Looked for the owner but didn't see anyone. Had a split rear window, single brake/taillight over the license plate. Original looking and looked good!

Is that somebody on here?

Pete - have you ever thought of making up a little businees card size/type thing with the website address/pic on it? We could print out a sheet of them on our printer and cut them out. Then if we see a truck/wagon we can hand it out or put it under the wiper or something. I used to have a Scrambler CJ-8 and that site had done that.

just an idea.........

I can put something together for this... and put it up on the site for download.

I'm also working on stickers for the forum, just need to find the capital to order them...

I'm also working on FREE stickers for the Alstars

Pete

I fixed that for ya ;)

That would be pretty sweet. The business card thing and the steeeeeeekers

We have a "sightings" cat on the motorcycle site Im on.......there aren't many wagons or trucks though. Prolly not enough for its own cat here

I would be willing to kick in some cash to help cover the cost of stickers for the forum. Let me know if I can help.

The stickers would certainly be free to the existing All-Star members... and would also be given to any members who join the all-star group in the future. For everyone else, they would be available for a nominal price + shipping. If I were a rich man, they would be free to everyone, but until I win the lottery...

Thanks Midnight for the offer... I need to do some more homework on the cost. I want the stickers to be decent quality and weather proof. There are a few on-line places that sell custom stickers in various quantities. Once I have the design finalized, I will get pricing. I will probably put a few different designs up in a new thread next week and get some feedback from the forum too.

Thinking hats would be bitchen too...

Even though I drive a CJ (for now), I would be very interested and proud to display a decal to promote this site. Would gladly pay more on my future All Star fee to help fund Mr. Anderson's capital! ;)

I would be in on a sticker or decal as well.
The shop I work at specializes in Euro Imports. Right now we have a 72 Bug getting worked on with a nicely done "Vintage VW Club" sticker on it. Simple, to the point, and classy looking...
My 2 cents...

Pete, that would be great. I've been looking for Willys' memorbilla, but haven't found any except t-shirts on Willys Tech. I thought they were too pricey for what they were. Let us know what we need and we'll help out as much as possible. Chuck

I'll take a decal and a t-shirt when I pay my "All-Star" dues....oh, no one said t-shirt...How about athletic grey with a two color print? it wouldn't cost that much...a bigger screen printing place could do the decal and the t-shirt...I have had some experience in these.
