So just to recap:
- Vote by clicking "like" under the picture(s) you want to vote for.
- Vote for as many pictures as you'd like.
- It will be a 12-month 2023 calendar, running January to December.
- The calendar itself is a very simple design with enough room to write on most days.
- Each month will feature a forum member's Willys in any location or condition.
- Cost: estimated $18 including tax, PayPal fees, shipping and handling to US. International orders welcome (extra $ for postage).
- Timing: delivery by Christmas if you order by December 12.
FAQs:
- Which pictures will be selected for the calendar? The twelve Willys pictures with the most 'likes' as voted on by all of you.
- When does the selection end? November 17, 2022.
- Will I receive the calendar by Christmas? We will aim to get them to you by Christmas, but definitely by New Year's Eve.
- How do I order a calendar? You can mail me cash or check to my home, or use PayPal via the OWF store.
- Anything else? If you know of a Willys event in 2023, please post it on this thread (name, location, date), and I'll add it to the calendar.
- There is a 2 MB minimum size for the photo file. Smaller size (lower resolution) pictures don't print as well in calendar size. In other words, photos smaller than the 2MB minimum (after required cropping to fit the aspect ratio) may be passed over for the next suitable top vote getter to ensure quality and adequate sizing of the printed images. If you aren't sure, we'd be happy to check your picture before submitting it.
- We also may have pass over photos that for one reason or another won't produce high quality calendar photos. So if the picture is slightly blurry or out of focus at calendar-sized pictures, we may have to pass on it as well. We will be trying to call out any of these so we can hopefully find a suitable replacement.
- Photos must be displayed in the correct aspect ratio (landscape, about 7:5). If necessary, we can edit submitted photos to display them in the correct aspect ratio. We just want to make sure the pictures you all are voting on are what will be shown in the calendar.
