Willys Model
Willys Year:
I was under the impresion that the year of your vehicle was in your serial number. My title says I have a 1958 Jeep Willys Style TK with a serial number of 5526843299. The serial plate has sheet metal screws instead of rivits. Is there some mistake?

With this being the issue I am not sure as series of truck it is so I am no sure as to the water pump I should order. It has a Super Hurricane straight six in it if that helps.

The last 5 digits are the actual serial number, 43299 falls within the range for a 4WD truck manufactured in 1958 or 1959. A water pump can be obtained from most frontline auto parts stores such as NAPA. If there is no listing for Willys, a pump for a 1951 and later Kaiser Supersonic 226 engine is the same thing.

Check out O'reilly's or AutoZone part # 58418 for $39.99 a Cardone remfg part Fits all 226 and 230 engines.
If you go online to either store don't enter any vehicle information, just type in the Cradone # in the part search field and hit enter, nice pics pop up too.
