Where was the radio speaker installed on 1949 Jeepster? Pictures?
Thanks,
Dan Adams

The speaker in my ‘49 was bolted to the firewall, tucked in under the cowl, on the far left ( drives side). I did not take any pictures prior tp removal.
The knobs and dial are fastened to the drivers side of the dash. Both the main box, tubes etc, and the speaker were fastened to the firewall with one stud each. I will post some pics of the radio and speaker tomorrow.

Thanks for taking the time to post pictures. Unfortunately I have a Zenith radio that mounts in the dash door on the drivers side. Totally different than yours.

Thanks again
