Hi guys ... does any one have a resource for original factory paint schemes? Trying to find what the 49 wagons were offered as off the line!

e-Bay can be a pretty good source for reference material. ...Kind of a two-stage process:
First-- look at print ads from 1949 or surrounding years for a feel of where the seperation lines on two-tone wagons where such as these:

Then-- look for paint chip samples, which you can usually buy pretty cheap, to see (and eventually try to match) what the original colors were for any given year. I couldn't find any 1949 samples today, but keep checking back. Here's one from 1951:
