After a few searches, I'm not finding much on seat replacements on restored trucks. Someone has tossed the seat in my '51 and I'd like to have an original. Where can I find one or a pattern or after market?

These are wagon seats and he is looking for truck. They are totally different.

The one on the left is the one I will sell. I thought it was the back when I hauled it home from Montana but turns out to be an early bottom. So I put that cover on my old seat back frame

Joe, I'm looking for frame and all. Someone took the seats out and started to put buckets in place and then just gave up. It looks like from what I see in pictures that it is a pretty simple frame but I have no tube bender or anything to make it.

The bottom is on a hinge. No need to go full pimp my ride with tube bending or welderup fab shop. Just bolt it down with a new cover installed. Seen whole truck for sale in oak harbour Craigslist 1953 no title $500.

You are one lucky man. I checked, and as I thought I have a seat back. It needs a cover but it's all there. The stuffing is just starting to come out.
I will snap a pic in the next couple of days.

A seat back is a good start. Sounds like Joe may have something for a bottom. I'm not sure. I've seen several complete trucks really cheap but I don't think I can afford to have two in the yard. I do have a wife that thinks one is cute but two may be pushing it. Maybe Joe will get back to me on the bottom.
