In my zest to clean everything before painting chasis I attempted to remove front axle/left leaf springs. Started with drivers side rear shackle, proceeded to shear off spring bolt head (side w/grease zert)....
Can I just punch it through the other side now?

Then went to front shackle...when undoing lower bolt found (perhaps I did it??) top leaf was broken (sheared).
Can I replace just top leaf or whole stack need to go? Can I replace with used or will spring arch be of concern?

Thanks..

If you have found one broken leaf in your springs, chances are metal fatigue has set in to the rest. Bite the bullet and replace the springs in pairs. Walcks has good springs, N. American made. I'm saving up to do just that.

Got to agree....Here's your chance to take advantage of that understanding wife ;) ;) ;)

I concur. It's the "smart" way to go. As far as the bolt goes...Yes you can punch it out. Just remember to support the frame, lest it crashes down on your cranium.

Agree with the others, the old springs have lost their stuff, metal fatigue and all that. I was in the trucking business for over 30 years and tried "rearching" of old tired springs a couple of times, it was a waste of money and effort, new is the way to go. I replaced all 4 springs and pins on my PU with a set from Walck's, HUGE improvement in ride, steering and load carrying ability. I have bought several items from Walck's, extremely satisfied with the parts and service.
