Just signed up. Wife told me to get my 14 year project of a Wagon driveable by the end of June. It is a 1959 Wagon. Removed a terminally ill 226 and replaced it with a 250 Chevy inline. It has a mild cam, 4V Clifford intake, Holley 390 cfm carb, and dual dump cast iron headers. The rest is stock. Just some brake issues to get it road worthy. Like to pick the brains of the guys that are making replacement wheel arches, I think the names are John Henning or Jim Ford. My quarters are not too bad just the arches have been cut out by a previous owner. I would like to make my own but if these cats are doing it I don't need to reinvent the wheel. Look forward to participating on this forum.

Welcome from Colorado Darrin. I hope you can get-er-done by the end of June. Sounds a bit unreachable if it's June of 2014. Maybe your wife meant June of 2015! Yeah, let's go with that! Like Randy said, we all like pictures of our member's Trucks and to hear of your progress made on your project. Good Luck and use the resources this forum has if you need help or advise. Pivnic

Welcome... What part of Idaho? I'm in Hailey.

Hey Pete, I reside in the area of Tuttle. Not far from Malad Gorge State Park. One day hope to the the Wagon to the top of Washington Basin up from Pole Creek.

Darrin- I'm about an hour north from you... If you make it up this way, look me up.

A Colorado Welcome to the Forum Darrin. My First Willys was a 59 Willys Wagon, totally Stock. After I bought a 63 Wagon that was repowered with a SBC, my neighbor bought my 59 Wagon. Pivnic
