These were on my 53 truck. Are they original or off something else. Thankspic 2.jpgthumbnail.jpg

Welcome to your first post.

Looks like originals to me. Should be 16" diameter and 5" wide. Pretty hard to come by.

Hey Edwin...

Ok what you need to do is to clean them up a bit and then look to see if the wheels are stamped with a small KH somewhere on the face of them......

......that will then tell you if they are the original Kelsey Hayes wheels or not that came from the factory on Willys Trucks and Wagons.

Saw the small hole at 6oclock. Never saw wheels with the small hole there and that threw me. Most of the small holes are at 3 or 9 oclock. Thanks

Noticed that. They look to be quite a bit larger than the normal .125" holes also. Those look to be at least a .281" or 9/32.

I guess I really wont know tell I clean them up and check for KH on them. The holes do look original though

Heeeey, that wheel looks familiar. :)

I completely agree. To smez, remember a 16" wheel is 17" from edge to edge. 16" at the tire sealing surfaces. Same with the width. So be aware of where you are making your measurements from. These are examples of 16" truck wheels.

They're 16s. Had 16 in tires on them, 5x5.5.

I never even noticed the small holes on my wheels( now I do) -The larger ones on these wheels shown above look like wheels made for lug bolts on vehicles that had line up pins in the hubs to help get the lug bolts lined up.

These are off a 57. Yours seem similar.

I noticed they have valve stems should they be tube type just asking

They certainly are Jeep 5 x 5 1/2 16" x 5" Jeep pickup wheels, and tube type. the bigger hole on each is a little different, but makes no real difference I think.
