Ok, guys. I figured it out. If you want to put a picture in...
1. find the original and right click it.
2. click "Edit"
3. put 90 X 90 in the custom fit and click ok.
Your picture is now the correct size for posting.
Now go to the forum or your profile and click on browze and add it in.
