How many stock engines vs. non-stock in Jeepster?

Haven't seen this question in looking at previous threads. Obviously in my 1st post I told of mine being changed to a 283 Chevy motor. How many people are running stock engines or other motors? Mines pictured, body will be same colors.

....Ok i know this is not a Jeepster as asked for.......but the question was asked as to stock engine or not .....

So here is what is in my 51 truck.....

Stock body ......on Stock frame......Chevy everything else.....

95 Chevy 5.7 350 TBI ..........87 700R4........NP208.......91 Suburban Axles 3.42 gear ratio. .....

My friends 52 truck.......modified extended cab body .....(see Avatar)......on shortened 94 Chevy K2500 3/4 ton frame .....complete with the stock 454 TBI ......4L80E.....and NP241C.....with 4.10 gear ratio .....it previously had a Corvette 289 in it..... with the stock drivetrain for a number of years .......

When I was younger I wanted the power of a V8 but now that I'm older, I long for the sound and feel of a stock Willys and going through the gears.

My ‘49 Jeepster has its original L134 and I intend to keep it stock.

My 48 has F134 , have a L134 from another 48 I hope to rebuild and install.

Mine is the rebuilt 134 it came with, but running a Ford Ranger rearend. If the engine goes boing, it will get a Ford drive train and front clip.

I'm a 75 year old, old school hot rodder who can't leave anything alone. My 50 1/2 wagon has 5.3 LS efi and 4L60 tranny. The modern electronics so far have made it completely trouble free for 15k miles. The carburetors and scoop are only for cosmetics and conversations.

Stock L-161 in my 1950 Jeepster. Not original to the car but period correct.

My 48 Jeepster came to me with an F-134 and otherwise stock. Runs well enough so I'll keep it until I find a 161.
