Anyone know where to locate one of these? This one is toast out of my 64 FC-150

No! I ended up adapting a "close enough " valve on my 62 FC-170.

Me too.
My notes indicate that the Four Seasons 74848 is suitable, but it might now be discontinued.

I think I may have used a Four Seasons 74648, and that one is brass, not plastic like the '848.

If I had it to do over again, I would probably install a cable-controlled bypass-style heat control valve somewhere down in the doghouse as that might keep the heater core a little cooler during the summer months.
