Anyone need pattern for truck cardboard headliner?
My headliner cardboard was in good enough condition to make a pattern for one out of hardboard furniture backing material. If anyone needs it I could make a paper pattern of the original or the slightly smaller hardboard version I made and send it in the mail. I had to modify it some since it...

Hello all,
I have headliner patterns for the front and rear panels. They are tracings on long paper. I only charge for postage.
I think I have sent out a dozen or more sets. I had not visited this site in months. I will be more regular going forward.

I'd sure like to give your patterns a try before buying the headliner sets from the Willys parts places. Let me know what additional info you need from me. I've used the furniture backing for my cab kick plates and they turned our pretty well from paper templates. Thanks.

I'm looking forward to receiving Marty's template patterns. But, curious if anyone had any pictures to share of their final product using them and how the process went?

I have not heard back from anyone who has made a finished set
We have not made our replacement headliner yet, but will attempt to make an original looking arrangement
One challenge is the material selection
- I have not found that perforated masonite is still available
- have found white perforated plastic panels
- another option is perforated vinyl and bond it to a thin backer board
- the perforated vinyl attached to a wire frame was fairly common for car headliners
- in any case, we all know the masonite does not age well

This is the material I used for the kick panels on my truck that I was also able to cut from a member's shared pattern. I found it pretty easy to use with sufficient bend and easy to paint. I"m hoping it will work for the headliner pattern as well even though it will probably be pretty stiff at the corners?
