Frame Question

Did the '49 Jeep Delivery and wagon 2wd share frames with the Jeepster? I know they both have planar front suspension, but are all other dimentions the same? My delivery has a crinkled frame and I can get a Jeepster frame for free. Will the swap work? Thanks to you all!

The Jeepster and 2wd wagons share the same frame , However the jeepster has an added heavy cross member in the middle to add strength because of the lack of a roof, The Jeepster floor will clearit but a wagon floor might not
