Can't use the back arrow

Can't use the backwards arrow. Would be nice to use instead of going to the lower right and using the drop down bar each time.

Do you mean the back arrow on your browser? What browser are you using?

What happens when you click the back arrow?

You can also navigate through the site with the nav bar just under the logo at the top of the page. This may be easier than the jump box at the bottom right.
