can't access OWF

i updated my mcafee protection on my favorite computer, and now can't access OWF. computer says site has moved or is unavailable. is there any way around this issue? i've tried playing with my setting a little, but can't seem to make it work. thanks for the help.

I had the same issue with the latest McAfee upgrade took me a few days to figure it out but there is a way to register owf IP address in the McAfee firewall when I did the following it worked and have not had the same issue since.

1. Open McAfee.
Right click on the icon below in the system tray and select "Change Settings" .

2. Select "Firewall", then scroll down, and then click "Net Guard".
Select the IP Address listed for the site that you want to access.
The IP Address for OWF on my computer is shown in the screen capture below

3. Click Edit, and then change from Block to Allow.

4. Click Save or Apply.

5. Restart your browser.

Also, be sure to use the forum root url: www.oldwillysforum.com

Sometimes old bookmarks no longer work. And, I've had reports that links in the "See what you've missed" emails that are automatically send by the forum software when you've been away for extended periods sometimes don't work. Accessing the forum directly can avoid these issues.
