I cant even think how one would rebuild a sleeve valve engine in the 1930s let a lone now, I hope your engine runs...Phil
I just edited the post as the Willys Knight had the sleeve engine then and not the Willys Overland which ran the L head as referred to in the link given. https://classiccarcatalogue.com/WILLYS_1932.html
You might notice in this thread I started here about the engine last April the vehicle in question now look familiar? https://www.oldwillysforum.com/forum/index.php?threads/1932-willys-6-engine.23865/

Just showing Lisa what it would look like just wide enough to fit in the HEMI into the engine bay and get the interior room we need.

5" wide body.
The look she wants is an imposing gangster look and I think it actually has it more now?

That is definitely more gangster looking than the original. You may want to explore another inch or two and with the tires you plan on using. With the open fenders tires have a big impact on how it'll look when finished.

Lisa is already looking for a name for her car. It already has to be female as it comes with a Goddess Mascot on top of the radiator, https://www.wokr.org/gallery/wil_hc_18.htm and thought a character name that is a bit gangster from the 1930's would suit. Top choice is Elvira from the Scarface movie might suit? Any other suggestions?
