flooded

So a couple of weeks ago it was blazing hot--I drove to the store and went in for about 10 minutes--came out and my DJ-3A wouldn't start. I gave it a few minutes, used a battery pack, choke, foot on the throttle--got it started again. My guess was that heat soak issue. Fast forward to a few days...
