55 jeep cj fuel pump

Ok I purchased a beautiful almost restored 1955 CJ5. I live in Illinois and drove all the way to Kentucky to trailer it home. The Jeep looked so clean… took it to my oil change guy put it on the rack and he noticed the starter was “ Gerry rigged”…I know, I know stupid ole man! I agree. Anyway...
