Rear bumper filler panel for 52 Willys Aero Lark

My Aero is just about to come out of the paint/body shop (after 2 years!). The car is missing the metal filler panel that goes between the body and the rear bumper - was not there when I got the car, and didn't know it was supposed to have it until the body shop owner pointed out that it should be there. He may be able to make one, but I've been looking around, to no avail. He also lost one of the door handles and one of the door locks, but I found new door locks and used door handles on Ebay. Any ideas??

Guessing you don't still need this but I may have a rust free one. I'm doing a custom rear bumper and will know later this week if I'm keeping the filler panel or getting rid of it.

I took the front filler panel and the rear bumper to a sheet metal shop and they made me one that turned out well. Thanks for the response.
