Three Jeepster Questions

I have three questions regarding my '50 Jeepster:

1. Three of my wheels are black with a grey pinstripe about 1/4" wide around the hub cap. Is this factory original?

2. My Jeepster body is the familiar maroon with black trim. Does anyone know what the maroon color is called, according to the paint charts? It must have a name -?

3. I need a spare tire cover, as similar as possible to the original. I can't afford to pay what the The Jeepsterman is asking.
