putting a new cluctch bearing in a 54 willys wagon

I am replaceing the clutch bearing in my willys wagon do i need a dummy bar to alien the parts to get them in correctly because I bought the parts and it didnt come with one how do i go about doing this

Did you just replace the throw out bearing or did you have the clutch apart. For just a bearing change you don't need a alignment tool. For a whole clutch it helps a lot.

I never use one. I either bolt up the clutch lightly and put the trans right in, and then tighten the clutch. This only works if you have a bottom cover.
The other way is use the trans without the bell housing, block it up on the bottom, and then tighten the clutch. remove the trans, and then install the bell housing.
In find it so much easier to do the trans first, then bolt the transfer case on after. and, yes I do have a transmission jack. The little T90's I just throw them in by hand.
