My 60 1/2 pickup build

Awesome, I like the color combo!

Hi John. NICE paint Job on your Cab! I wish you lived in Colorado close by, as I'd have you paint Floyd for me! Pivnic

Geez John. That really looks great! Nothing but respect for people that can do body work like that. Struggling with mine right now and frustrated to say the least, but determined to do it myself. Won’t be as nice as yours, but hopefully will be( hate it when people say this) good enough

Thanks Brian! I was fortunate enough to start with a truck that was in pretty good shape. It also helps if your type A like me. Any imperfection is too much. It would be nice to have a "rat rod" mentality. Would have saved a lot of time. And bloody fingers, bruised knuckles, aching back....

today was a good day! Installed the heater, windshield wipers, gauges, interior tack strip, and pretty much everything else under the dash. Then I put on the front bumper with a modified bracket to clear the winch. The final "bling" was the stainless trim that I spent over 25 hours hammering, filing, sanding and polishing. It was worth it!

. Finished up my shift cover plates to accommodate the new overdrive and PTO positions. Hooked up my windshield wiper motor. Decided to go with a more functional electric but kept the original just in case I ever want to convert back.
