Horn button wire

Ihave a 1948 jeepster. The po made a horn button and attached to dash. trying to install a deluxe steering wheel. The horn wire is in steering shaft (steering wheel) where does it exit the steering shaft?

At the very bottom end of the Ross box, you’ll see a small hole. If replacing the wire you’ll need to start at the bottom and feed up.

Here’s a couple photos. The fuel filter is in the way in one. The other shows the black wire (I covered with heat shrink tubing to protect) coming from the bottom hole on the box which goes to the horn relay on the firewall.
