Horn button rubber holders

So the three rubber pices that hold the horn button on cam with six metal pieces with little tits. Are these crushable to make them stay in place?

The 3 rubber pieces and metal pins are what holds the horn button in place and allows it to depress and return contacts together/separate to close/open the circuit to the horn relay.

Here’s what you should have Jim.
The three rubber blocks hold steel pins that grip and hold the horn button. The rubber allows the pins to move inward when the horn button is depressed to close the circuit. All parts are available.
