They only came out n jeeps with a capstan winch or crankshaft driven hydraulic pump. I believe those with a hydraulic three point hitch in the back had them for the rear. I believe the rears are different from the front but am not 100% sure. So not every CJ had them.

Willys Jeep Parts has them. About 1/2 the price but still a chunk.
