Airport portable stair Jeep

Has anybody ever seen a picture of the CJ2A’s that were modified with a set of stairs for airport use? It was for military bases only. I have the grille off of one, but the rest of it was gone. A surplus guy near me bought it at auction (At Qounset Point) and I remember it from the old days when touring his yard. I was on the crew that cleaned out his yard 40 years later, and when I saw the grille I remembered the Jeep. The grille had special waterproof cat’s eye parking lights in the holes and was airport yellow. Of course it is now hanging on my barn wall. I only remember that it had stairs mounted on it. Pictures or anything else would be welcome.
