The Tub - Metalwork and Body

There was very little rust in this Jeepster. The tub had some at the drivers pedal area and behind the front seats on the floors in front of the wheel wells. I hand fabricated replacement patch panels to try and make it look like as seemless as possible. Someone had too much fun romping around the Arizona desert with this Jeepster, so there was some work to be done, especially with the rear fenders. I spent countless hours with a hammer and dolly, torch, shrinking disc, and slap file to make sure I had no more than an 1/8" of filler anywhere on this jeepster.
