Are you willing to mail any of that stuff?

Stoked for next weekend we’re tying some new tricks for engagement and getting butts in seats on the road. Excited to see who the longest driver in is? Also for JEEPardy trivia and the alignment race

Just a few more days before the 31st Willys Spring Reunion starts! As part of our #drivethemjeeps theme, there will be numerous opportunities to earn special raffle tickets for exclusive items.

Starting on Thursday at sunrise through 4pm Saturday there will be a two sponsor checkpoints setup. The goal will be for everyone to take a selfie at the checkpoint with their willys and hashtag #drivethemjeeps #springwillysreunion and the applicable checkpoint sponsor below.

#jeepsterman checkpoint is MD Garage located at 1556 Boston Mills Rd, Peninsula, OH 44264 https://maps.app.goo.gl/vrakqxzhxXHrKq11A
They have donated their popular front disk brake kit https://thejeepsterman.com/products...rake-conversion-kit-dana-25-dana-27-1941-1971

#kaiserwillys checkpoint is Goodyear Airship located at 983 Wingfoot Lake Rd, Mogadore, OH 44260 https://maps.app.goo.gl/MHS6w5kWEe2qFR2G7
They have donated their, their CJ Step Kit https://www.kaiserwillys.com/produc...MIxZu32qKIhgMVunV_AB2yrQliEAQYASABEgL2EvD_BwE and their newly available reproduction cylinder head https://www.kaiserwillys.com/produc...MInfSRgqOIhgMVh0t_AB1CRwV7EAQYASABEgKRaPD_BwE I as checkpoint prizes.

Each Sponsor will also arrange a daily convoy to each checkpoint at least once a day for those that prefer. We are also going to have a truck & trailer on standby the entire weekend

Now for the rules!
In order to receive an entry for each sponsor checkpoint raffle, you must do all of the following; post a selfie w/your Willys at the checkpoint with all 3 tags. I check-in per person but multiple passengers/entries in a vehicle are fine. If you don't have social media that is fine, find someone who does and take them with you, we will permit posts on other's behalf, so long as they meet all the other conditions.

There will also be numerous other challanges to win bonus raffle entries for each sponsor by completing any of the below tasks (1 per person) and posting a selfie to #drivethemjeeps @springwillysreunion

Post a selfie of you and your Jeep with the following to earn extra tickets:
A Train Engine
Any pre 1970 vehicle on the road
Winner of the 4low race
Pics of local strangers you meet w/ them or kids or dogs in your Willys

A good Samaritan award (helping out another Willys on the road) Earns a ticket

Earn more tickets by entering the following:
A four wheel low race…last one to finish wins!

A “Jeepardy“ trivia contest

A steering alignment race, hands off the steering wheel!

Drive your Willy’s more than 100 miles to the reunion (double bonus for furthest overall)

Bill. I will be there as well. Looking forward to seeing the usuals as well as yourself. No Willys again for me this year however.

We were there with our 63 Wagon. Finally got to meet Joe and Harry face to face instead of over the phone and made some new friends. had a great time

I was able to grab a selfie w Bill after talking him into being my copilot leading the convoy to Goodyear HQ.
Too much fun. Very disappointed that I couldn't get my wagon there but had a great time and got to meet some OWF members.

Thanks for the ride along Scott - love your wagon!

Yes that is mine. I had just finished it about 4 weeks before going. We really had a great time. I was really happy with the response to all my hard work

Would you happen to have a distributor with the securing arm for an l6-226?

I might have a distributor but not sure what you mean by securing arm? PM me if you can and we can discuss further.

Back on topic however it was an interesting reunion with rain making the whole place a bog for most of Friday.

Saturday brought the sun and heat but the mud remained. However, the showing improved from the CJ's to include a few more notable Willys vehicles. I think it was one of the best showings to date.

To top it off, had a rally (as mentioned by Scott above) to the Goodyear HQ. Got to ride in the FC tour Jeep and man was it a hoot. Looking forward to similar rallies in the future and perhaps other outings more suited for guys who aren't so much into off-roading their Jeeps. After all, public outings help keep these alive.
